When you run a business or a residential leisure side it is vitally important to make sure that you have fire safety in place. A Visitor Management System can be a lifesaver, literally, as it will record everybody who is in the building at the time. If there is a fire it means that when people assemble at the evacuation point you can see who is there and who is not. If they have not signed out of the building correctly then it will register as them still being inside. This means that members of the fire service will have to go back into the building to see if they are there.
Clearly marked evacuation points, well away from the building, are needed so that staff and visitors have somewhere to go if there is a fire.
